my tennant has for the past 8month been late with her rent,LAST MONTH WE RECIEVED IT 3WKS LATE AND THIS MONTH SHE ONLY PAID HALF THE RENT SHE HAS A 12MONTH LEASES.HOW CAN I GET HER OUT
