I am a current landlord writing a research paper on EPCs, their effectiveness and future enforcement.

I would appreciate anyone who is a landlord (of a residential let), renter or homeowner in the UK take this short survey (in the correct link) about your property's energy efficiency and future EPC enforcement:

Also as a side note if anyone who belongs to one of these groups would be willing to conduct a telephone interview when it best suits you, please reply to this thread or PM me.
