I am very concerned about the Budget proposals to restrict finance cost relief to individual landlords, are the RLA doing anything about trying to stop or change this policy?
Many landlords including me and my husband will be facing huge tax increases. We are deciding whether to sell our properties. Others may be forced out of business or even made bankrupt, as there is potentially tax payable on losses. This will also effect many tenants due to evictions, rent rises and less rental properties available.
