Read and responded to the consultation yesterday. The proposals were not as bad in some areas as I'd feared. I thought the recommendation might be for all lets falling within HMO regulations to be licensable but they're proposing retaining the threshold at 5 people. That would let landlords of 4 bed student houses like me off the hook a bit.
Any other thoughts?
