Good morning. We are using the RLA guarantor forms for a group of students on a joint tenancy. If one of the tenants defaults on their share of the rent and then their guarantor also fails to pay am I correct in that we can ask the other tenants for the unpaid rent but not their guarantors? How would we go about getting the unpaid rent from the guarantor that should be paying it?
