Hello,

When sending the guarantor form and guidance notes to the guarantor, will a blank copy of the tenancy agreement suffice? I'm a little unsure of asking the tenants to sign an agreement which can then be sent out to the guarantor to read through, before the guarantor forms have been completed, signed and witnessed. What if the guarantor doesn't complete the form knowing that the agreement has been signed already?

Also, are we able to put our company logo on your deed of guarantee or is it strictly your form to send out?

Thank you in advance,
