Hi, I need to get a guarantor to sign an RLA guarantor form. The guarantor lives quite far away and is finding it difficult to meet up. Do I need to be with them when they sign the form and have it witnessed? or could I send them the form for them to sign in the presence of a witness local to where they live? I'm concerned that if I'm not there they could sign and claim the signature was witnessed when it wasn't. Any advice would be very appreciated.
