I have an agent finding tenants and drawing up a student contract for me. I have six tenants and six guarantors named in the contract. All tenants and 5 of the guarantors have signed but the 6th guarantor seems to have some objection to signing on-line (DocuSign) and hasn't yet signed. As the tenancy starts at the beginning of September I am anxious about this. Is my contact valid without the last signature? Many thanks.
