I have 3 tenants staying on for an extra year after the current Joint AST expires in July. They are signing a new Joint AST as they will be joined by 2 new tenants. The guarantor agreements in existence for the current tenants state that the agreement remains in force until:'a.The Tenant has vacated the property; or
b.All Contracts relating to the Tenant and the Property have expired whichever is the later date. My query is: is this clause sufficient so that I don't have to get the guarantors to sign a new agreement for the new tenancy agreement?
