Hi. I used the relevant RLA document in Sept 15 for a Guarantor. The tenancy became periodic and I understood that the deed of guarantee I used at the time did the same. I have just issued a s21 notice and have read something recently which suggests that these Deeds no longer become periodic automatically.

Is my deed of guarantee endforcable?

I used RLA doc Deed of Guarantee (unlimited) version 556 V3 23/4/15 and signed on 20/9/15
