Guarantor agreement - unenforceable?

Please can you advise:
If in a tenancy agreement the agent / Landlord signs 2 days before the gtor signs and of the tenancy start date, does this make the gtor agreement unenforceable as the tenancy had already been granted?
To clarify,the landlords agent & witness signed the tenancy agreement on the 11/5/15, the tenant and witness signed (the TA) on the tenancy start date of the 13/11/15.
The landlords agent signed the guarantor agreement on the 11/5/15, the guarantor and witness signed on the tenancy start date of the 13/5/15
