This is an area I am considering, wanted a bit of advice from those experienced. I was wondering if it is the landlord who has the utility services in their name. If so is it a concern with horrendous bills where students leave things on or are just wasteful. What about council tax as the name of the tenant is not just one person but maybe 3 0r 4 or is it down to the landlord. If the landlord is responsible for all this would have to be reflected in the rent, what is better for landlords/students
