Gas safety engineer has tried on a few occasions to contact tenant to arrange gas safety but tenant doesnt answer calls. We have emailed the tenant ( we know their email works as they emailed us about a seperate matter a few weeks ago) asking them to contact the engineer but engineer has heard nothing. Gas safety date has now been and passed. Obviously we are concerned about the tenants safety even if they arent. How do we now stand as the house no longer has an in force gas safety certificate ? Many thanks for any advice
