Accessing the garden of my rental property

I own a rental property next door to where I live. I have new tenants who will be moving into the property in February 2o21. It is not possible to carry large items through my house. I can gain access to rear of my garden through drive and garden of my rented property.

Is there a legal way I can make sure I have this access whenever I want without asking the tenants for permission?
