I have an eviction order for one of my tenants.....cant evict until end of may now.

UC was paying rent direct to myself...but payment hasnt come through this month....tenant has basically told uc he has moved out....but he has not as the neighbours have told me he is still living there.

Where do i go from here? Do i have have to reapply for direct payment? Is tenancy surrended as tenant has confirmed with UC they have moved out?

Any1 with experience of this...would really appreciate some advise.
