I am trying to get a property marked as void for council tax but they deny getting a letter I sent telling them this. On the phone they seem to have another name on the account-not the previous tenant- but will not tell me that name or even the correct account reference number.
Birmingham council rarely answers the phone and seem to lose letters unless they have that secret account number on them. Now they have my name I expect they will try and bill me!
