Has anyone successfully claimed rent directly from UC? I applied on 10th Feb 21 and have still had no reply. Tenants are 3 months in arrears now and the next payment is due shortly. I've tried ringing them but they will not discuss it or give me any information until I've had an email from them. Only that my application has been "passed on to a case worker who will contact you." Is there anything else I can do? Thank you!
