When new contract AST sign with old ongoing tenants (what will happened with old inventory, Grantor & Deposit?

Family moved in house April 2016

� Two months deposit was taken in advance

� Guarantors sing the Guarantor form (2016)

� Inventory was created (2016)

� Deposit and hold in deposit scheme from 2016 until now (But no evidence hold that written information was hand over to tenants where there deposit in hold)

2020-2021 (new AST)

� New AST was sing December 2020 as standard.

� No more documents was given to tenants except copy of new contract with rise of rent GBR 50 per month.

� Do landlord need to create new inventory (with new contract)?

� Do landlord need to re submit the deposit (take out put in again in deposit scheme)

� GUARANTOR NEEED TO SING NEW FORM?

� House need to repaint (there is wear and tear sing everywhere) what law said about re decorating / repaint � when tenant�s living in same house for 5+ years in same property as family with children with a disable person)

� Family receiving UC benefit
