I have a tenant moving out and they informed me that the glass hob had cracked as the glass from the extractor fell out. The glass from the extractor is broken and the hob has a cracker all across it. It could have been caused by anything or accident, unsure if all, some or none should come out of deposit. They also causes two big burn holes in the laminate worktop so that has to be replaced (which they accept) but I cannot find matching so all will need to be replaced including bit that houses the hob. Thoughts?
