We have to replace the fridge freezer as the previous tenant broke the internal casing by one of the freezer draw supports and exposed the insulation. It was not reported and only discovered at Checkout which they were not present for. It was purchased for £299.99 in January 2020, how much can I charge them for against the deposit for the new one which costs the same.
