I am trying to understand the MTD. If my tenant was to pay the service charge directly to the managing agent and I reduced the rent accordingly ,this would bring my rental income bellow the 10k limit . So I wouldnt have to do the MTDI am simply having the tenant paying the service charge and not me.
Your thoughts would be appreaciated.
