Hi,

I have recently taken over my property from full management agency.

I have tired to register a deposit in the TDS custodial scheme. It mentioned about the prescribed information. Do I just put the Clause 5.4, 5.5 from the NRLA AST template ?

Another question is that we have received the deposit after the tenancy started (as it took a bit of time for the agent to release the deposit to the tenant). Do we just need to send the prescribed information the tenant and registered within 30 days or receiving the deposit then it should be ok?
