Hi, we are in the need of your support for helping us to start the eviction process of a tenant who is in arrears of rent from past six months and not paying and refusing to vacate the property, initially he has approached the Breathing space and we have received a letter from breathing space not to approach the tenant for collecting the rent for three months, after that the tenant paid only fraction of amounts and stopped paying. Please advise. Regards
