Hello, I have a rental property which is an apartment and newly converted. The developer tried to future proof it by going to electric heating and solar panels. However the EPC is a D due to electric heating. But the EPC shows no opportunities or possibilities for how to raise it to a C. What will happen when the rules change? Will there be any mitigation if there are no routes to raise its level? I’d really appreciate your advice on this?
