  1. tenants. 1 has lost his job and cannot pay rent. He intends to move out. AST agreement says he needs to give 2 months notice. But he cannot afford to pay his part of the rent during these 2 months. We are within the fixed term. Will the tenancy end for all tenants when he leaves? Do I need to serve a s21 to the others? Can we all legally agree mutually to less notice time? Do I have to accept that his portion of the rent will not be paid? What are my/his options?
