Hi,
My tenant left with rent arrears, I have made a small claims court claim which has been ruled in my favour. But the tenant has not paid, they did not attend the hearing and I don’t have a forwarding address for them. I have been told I need to use tenant trace service to help find their current address. Do any of the members have any similar experience and have used these tracing services and are there any ones that are reliable ?
Can I enforce a judgement without a current address?
Any help will be appreciated
Thanks
