In the past we have used the excellent AST model agreement formats downloaded from NRLA website.
Will you provide a similar format for the new Rent Smart Wales (Standard) Occupation Contract? It would be a very great help to me and other members in Wales if this could be provided prior to the transition starting in July. I hope for a positive reply. Many thanks
