The Terms of Business with my letting agent has a fixed sum for provision of an inventory and schedule of condition. I have however, discovered that the agent uses a contractor that charges the agent less than I am billed for the inventory job. Is the agent allowed to make such profit from the service provided by the contractor that I ultimately paid for?
