The courts as of October 2021 found in my favour that a former tenant should repay unpaid arrears. With no clue as to the residential address of the former tenant , and despite knowing the tenant’s current employer, an ‘attachment of earnings’ request looks set to fail due to the ‘contractor’ status of the ex tenant…….

  1. questions ;

1) how to find the residential address despite attempts via PI firms uncovering no trace so far ?
2) Alternate approaches ? To finding the individual

Grateful for all constructive advice
