Good morning,

Trust everyone is keeping well!

I am looking for a lender to fund a roof replacement on our property in Hove.

It is a 12 flat HMO,Grade 2 listed property in Hove conservation area.

I am aiming to commence works in the Summer.

Any suggestions or advice as to who I can/should approach would be greatly appreciated.
