Hello A Hour.
Just saying that you have a re-furbed property that is now waiting to take another tnt. May need a bit of a tart up then its ready for very active marketing. I favour the value of Open Rent.
Why sell up unless have failing health.

Be more choosy in your final choice of tnt arrived at because of successful risk assessments alongside in- depth due-diligence checks. Don't rush the process take time to sift, filter, assess the field to choose; a solvent, sensible, clean, tidy, non- smoking, non-pet owning, customer.
Chosen from a long-list/short-list because they've ticked all the boxes AND have the 'x factor' besides.
I bypass curmudgeons, bypass those with a hygiene problem, those that can't come up with required evidence, those with a negative renting history, those with ccj's , or have convoluted stories as to lack of solvency, inconsistent earnings, or lack of a deposit.

Profit is not a dirty word. To achieve that, I provide top- drawer houses [with top- drawer service] to top- drawer customers. That's the business model I promote & always robustly adhere to.
Profit is ploughed back into the houses so they remain 'top-drawer' to the clientele looking to dovetail into the same.
