tenant is less than 14 days into a new tenancy, and has said he doesn't like the property (despite viewing before accepting) and has said he is wanting to end the tenancy as within 14 day cooling off period.
Do tenancies carry this 14 day cooling of period - it definately is not written into my tenancy agreement
