Section 8 notice serving
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

I intend serving a Section 8 notice on my tenant.
The person (s) staying there there is not the Tenant. If I give it to the person in the property is it still legally served?
I also want to e-mail copy to the Tenant and the Company who are using it in the course of their business. Is that OK or should I post a hard copy?
