Hi everyone, I have a vacant property and I have just received a proposal from a company representative of a property investment and management company proposing a 2 to 5 year lease of my property and then use it to provide secondary shorter term residence for business professionals and employees such as doctors, engineers. Under the agreement they will carry out all repairs and maintain the property. I am not familiar with this line of letting business. Can anyone who has experience give an insight and how to handle the offer. Is it more lucrative than letting to individual tenants? If I decide to go ahead should I charge a higher rent?
