I have received a bill from my tenants solicitors for a claim that was settled out of court which is over £7K. My solicitor has taken 5 days to forward it to me which seems appalling considering it has a 14 day response time. I also have to decide whether to pay around £1200 to have the costs reviewed and negotiate a lower amount. Any advice would be welcomed
