Hi

Rental figures in my area have increased dramatically. As a result most of my rentals are 50% below the going rate. I am reluctant to increase the rental figures due to the rise in utilities etc and putting more pressure on my tenants, all of whom are great tenants. However this is a business and my own costs are increasing as well......

Would you put up the rents or leave until a tenant moves out.....most of whom have been there many years and have never had a rent review.

Just wondering what other landlords are doing in the current market.

Many thanks

Charlotte
