I currently have a very manual spreadsheet system for my properties, I have 12. Just wondering what other landlord's experience is of Xero or Landlord vision ? Landlord vision seems to have the tenancy management side as well as the accounting side which I like, while Xero is only the accounting side but i a markets leader and I have been told user friendly, thanks for your valued advice! I know there is also Sage and quickbooks, but I think Xero is best for SMEs.
