Dear Readers
It has been a while since I have used a tenant referencing service(due to retention of tenants).
I now find myself torn between Open Rent or the NRLA.
I notice that the NRLA offer "Reputation of tenants damaging property", as part of the package
Is this taken from deposit schemes or ?
Or is it not worth the paper it is written on ?
