Over the years, my experience of property managing agents for blocks of flats has not been good. Speaking to fellow landlords, it appears many feel the same.

If any fellow landlords reading this can recommend a (preferably small) firm of managing agents based in London for whom they would give positive (or even neutral) feedback, I would love to hear from you.
