Dear Forum.

I would be grateful if someone could direct me towards an up-to-date summary of the current MINIMUM notice periods for Section 8 and 21 Notices.

Is there a MAXIMUM notice period in respect of Section 21?
ie
Is it possible to issue these at the very outset of a tenancy or with an extended period (say up to a year) before the stated date to leave.
