I have a court date of 8 August for the S8 claim (8;10&11) which I submitted via PCOL and apart from the initial claim and arrears spreadsheet I haven’t been asked for any other documents.
I would welcome any tips/advice in preparation of the hearing.
Will I be asked to upload any documents via PCOL website closer to the hearing?
Is it best to take every item of documentation just in case the judge wants to check through them?
Should I take all major receipts IE: new boiler, new roof, rewiring etc to show that I am a decent landlord who has maintained the property and responded promptly to any issues/ faults ( just in case the tenant tries to paint me in a bad light)?
Also the arrears have increased since I submitted the claim so will I need to submit a revised spreadsheet?
Also my county court (Dudley) currently isn’t staffed so I am unsure if they aren’t hearing cases face to face, do these hearings take place online?
