Tenant who has left property before eviction date
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Can anyone advise on what I need to do after my tenant has left the tenanted property, sending me an email saying he posted the keys to me via registered post (which I have received). This was before the eviction date from the bailiffs due on the 17th August 2022 after successful section 21 possession order. Do I need him to sign anything like a surrender of property form or is the email enough. Am I okay to enter the property or wait for the completion of the form or wait for the eviction date before I enter the property again.
