BTL portfolio Insurance company recommendations? (reliable for paying out claims)

Hello. I have been called today by Swinton Insurance saying that they have bought out Simple Landlord insurance company. We have been with Simple Landlord insurance for several years and really liked them because they were very competitive on price and a very professional company never disputing claims. I have heard that Swinton make it very difficult to make a claim and known for refusing to pay out due to their very ridiculous get out clauses like if you don�t know the exact year your property was built your claim will be invalid, which is absolutely wrong and ludicrous! Can you please suggest some excellent insurers similar to Simple Landlord that are very competitive on price and have a high percentage of paying out claims? I�ve had very bad experiences with other insurance companies over the years having to fight for my claims and I was so relieved to have found Simple Landlords so would really appreciate some help on insurance companies used by other landlords with great success? Thank you.
