Hello All, Can you help again:
Management agent number one periodic contract in place. Inadvertently became aware of damage to the property/damp. Approached these inspection failings with first agent - resulting with them asking us to leave. Approached management agent number two to progress a new AST. Tenant declined to sign. The rental payment date of July is outstanding. How do now get paid? Should I approach the tenants direct for payment?
