Hi All,

I have just joined in NRLA and wanted to introduce myself. I am an IT Professional and owned semi-detached 4BHK freehold property. Now I am planning to enter into BTL market as a retirement plan as it's appealing from distance.

Let's see how I can make use of all your experiences to make my retirement plan successful :-)

I live in Greater London and working from home as it's trending thanks to COVID :-)
