Hi, this is only for anyone who hasn't heard of LTAP.com it's a website where you can register your properties and then update them when needed as to being vacant or tenanted and who is responsible for paying the water bill as for some reason tenants have a little habit of never keeping the water bill up to date when they are leaving, it's an easy to use website and a helpful tool for LL's
