So I had this 3 bed listed for rent, almost all enquiries are for hmo. I would like to hear from landlords as to how best to deal with individual renters on hmo property leave tenancy midway. I suspect this happens often and is a problem. I have not yet got the hmo license but would like to weigh up the risks and mitigating factors. Council is taking 6 months for a new license. So I gave decided to rent out while it gets ready for hmo license.
