Hi, my tenant has asked to permanently change the date they pay their rent so as it coincides with their monthly pay date. I'm happy to do this, but not sure what the easiest way would be to put it into action! Would a confirmation email be adequate (seems the easiest option) or should I provide an amendment to the AST agreement? They've been renting for just under 18 months. TIA!
