hi
a tenancy of 12 months ends 17/10/22, tennants want to stay on another year and have verbally agreed a £20pcm rent increase. so all parties agree and are happy.
What new paper work should I have to to keep this legal. Is it just a simple letter confirming the rent increase, the term is extended to 17/10/23 and this amends the relevant parts in their AST, with the deposit remaining the same. Or is their a template?

do I need to give them right to rent paperwork again?

Many Thanks

M
