I have previously used a letting agent on my property but I am now fully taking over since my tenants have moved out. I have been reading over the forum here with regards to decent websites to use for advertising my property, but can anyone offer advice on what questions I should definitely be asking any potential tenant before going through the whole back-round check and assessments? Thank you!
